Traveling around the world promoting our SOXX™ has lead us to
experience a wonderful array of creative cocktail concoctions. We share these innovative ideas with you through a series of recipes -- all drinks have been personally tested and après anything approved! Try the following cocktails for any happy hour or festive occasion.

Pimm's Cup
2 cups Pimm’s No. 1 liqueur
2 Tangerines,split in to segments
2 lemons, cut into half-moons
1 Apple, cut in to thin slices
1 English cucumber, washed and sliced
4 cups Sprite or Ginger Ale
6 to 8 large sprigs mint

Fill a pitcher 1/4 full with ice.  Add a layer of the Tangerine slices , a few lemon and apple slices, some mint leaves and a layer of the cucumber slices. Repeat the layering process until pitcher is full. Pour in the Pimm’s and Sprite or Ginger Ale. Mix ingredients together with a long-handled spoon. Divide drink among tall glasses, with a few slices of fruit and cucumber in each glass, along with some mint leaves.  Alternative: Instead of adding all the fruit above, fill the remaining pitcher with sweetened lemonade (after the Pimm’s and Sprite). Do keep the cucumbers!

Popsicle and Prosecco

Red or White Wine Sangria
*For best taste, place wine mixture with cut fruit in the fridge the night before your party.
2 Bottles 1.5L of Dry Red/White Wine
1 Split of Prosecco or 2-3 Shots of Vodka (Optional)
2 Shots of Brandy and/or 2 Cans of Sprite® or Plain Seltzer
Add Agave, Sugar, Syrup or Honey to taste
Fruit! Cut into small pieces:
6 Oranges, 4 Apples, 4 Pears, 4 Peaches, pint of Blueberries, Strawberries…whatever you want!
Place in a large punch bowl – keep cold!
Serves about 6

The Belmont Jewel
1.5 oz Woodford Reserve® Kentucky Bourbon

2 oz lemonade
1 oz pomegranate juice

The White Carnation (former cocktail named after the official flower of the Belmont Stakes)
2 oz vodka
1/2 oz peach schnapps
2 oz orange juice
Soda water
Splash of cream

GOLDMILL Gimlet!
1½ Shots Crop® Organic Cucumber Vodka
¾ Shot Rose's® Sweetened Lime Juice (or muddle your own simple syrup, see below*)
3-4 fresh lime slices
Shaved ice (optional)
Serve in Martini Glass

Mint Julep
1-1½ Shots Makers Mark Bourbon
Fresh Mint (about 12 Sprigs)
2 Tablespoons Simple Syrup* Muddled with Mint
Splash of Distilled water
Powdered Sugar
Serve over Crushed Ice
*Simple Syrup
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 Cup Distilled Water
Heat to dissolve sugar. Stir so sugar doesn’t burn. Cool mixture before pouring over crushed ice.

2 Shots X-Rated® Fusion Liqueur
1 Shot Coconut Rum
1 Shot Peachtree Schnapps
Splash of Pineapple Juice
Serve over Ice

S’moretini
2 Shots Marshmallow Vodka
1 Shot Diep 9 Chocolate Genever
Rim Martini Glass with Chocolate and Crushed Graham Crackers

Spicy Apple
2 Shots Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey
1 Shot German Apple Schnapps (or Hard Apple Cider)
Top off with Sprite
Splash of Grenadine
Serve over Ice

Espresso Experience
1 Shot Espresso (or Espresso Vodka)
1 Shot Khalua
1 Shot Baileys
1 Shot Vanilla Vodka

Beer Cocktails – Serve in a Brandy Snifter
